Description:

Expand revenue within a defined territory through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers through consultative engagement.
Create and execute territory and account plans covering expansion opportunities, competitive risks, and customer priorities.
Drive adoption and broader usage of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud.
Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce and MEDDICC.
Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Renewal, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or expansion sales within SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota within a defined territory.
Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with MEDDICC and Command of the Message methodologies preferred.
Strong understanding of multi-product SaaS sales and enterprise consultative selling preferred.
Experience selling to high-growth accounts across AMER, EMEA, APAC, or Public Sector markets preferred.
Familiarity with Operations Cloud or DevOps environments preferred.
Strong collaboration, negotiation, presentation, and results-oriented skills.
