Licensed Health Insurance Agent – Medicare

Job Description:

Answer inbound calls from customers exploring Medicare health insurance options
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using active listening and consultative sales techniques
Educate customers on available Medicare health plans, benefits, products, and services
Recommend solutions based on each customer’s healthcare and coverage needs
Guide conversations toward successful enrollment
Complete health plan enrollments while meeting sales and performance expectations
Identify additional customer needs and available solutions when appropriate
Build trust with members and prospective customers through clear communication
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Protect customer information and follow privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements
Represent BroadPath, a Sagility Company, and client partners professionally

Requirements:

Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses when required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales, customer service, call center, or health insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and active listening skills
Customer-focused approach with ability to build trust and rapport
Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work across multiple systems
Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working remotely
19" or larger monitor with VGA or HDMI port and appropriate cable
USB wired mouse; USB wired keyboard optional
Reliable hardwired internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Ethernet cable
Private, distraction-free workspace protecting member confidentiality
