Job Description:

Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to high school students
Respond to messages from students or parents within 24 hours
Report student progress, fill out surveys, and keep accurate records in our system
Participate in continuous learning and training sessions

Requirements:

Current undergraduate student (2-year or 4-year) — first-years eligible after their first semester
Minimum 3.4 GPA
Strong communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills
Creative thinker with a passion for helping others
Flexible schedule (5 open hours/week)
Positive, self-starting, and trustworthy
No criminal record
Bonus points if you: Are a first-generation, Speak another language, Come from a rural community, Identify as a person of color, Are an international or transfer student, Are a D1-D3 student athlete
