The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and managing <strong>Adobe Target activities</strong>, integrating with <strong>AEM and Adobe Workfront</strong>, and delivering personalized customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.</p><p><strong>Key Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Adobe Target (A/B Testing, MVT, XT, AP, Recommendations)</li><li>Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)</li><li>Adobe Workfront</li><li>Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)</li><li>Adobe Web SDK & Target APIs</li><li>JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS3, JSON</li><li>Experience Fragments, Audiences, Profile Scripts</li><li>VEC & Form-Based Composer</li><li>Agile/Scrum methodologies</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement Adobe Target personalization and optimization activities.</li><li>Build and execute A/B Tests, Multivariate Tests, Experience Targeting, Automated Personalization, and Recommendation activities.</li><li>Configure and support Adobe Target integrations with AEM, Workfront, Analytics, and CRM/CDP platforms.</li><li>Develop custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS solutions within Adobe Target activities.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable personalization strategies.</li><li>Troubleshoot experience delivery, audience qualification, and rendering issues.</li><li>Create reports, insights, and performance analysis using Adobe Analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Development teams to deliver digital experience solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Adobe Target implementation and optimization.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Web SDK, Target APIs, Profile Scripts, VEC, and Form-Based Composer.</li><li>Experience with AEM Experience Fragments, Audiences, and personalization frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and browser developer tools.</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, CJA, data layers, and tag management systems.</li><li>Experience working in Agile development environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
